WITH RICCI EVERYDAY (Ritchie EVERYDAY) to settle social challenges in fashion, recruiting marketing interns!

It is Chizu Nakamoto representing the fashion brand called RICCI EVERYDAY.


RICCI EVERYDAY produces a bag and miscellaneous goods using a colorful African print (cloth) and various material in a direct management studio of Uganda and is a brand to sell all over the world.


A lot of shops where a novel design and a colorful African print were spread all over line up in the Ugandan local market.

When I visited it for the first time, with the feeling that I totally made a treasure hunt, I looked for cloth of the oneself preference.

In RICCI EVERYDAY, I provide a feeling of Waku Waku and surprise in every day of the visitor by designing a bag and the accessory using the African print which overflowed in such a sense of fun, clothes.


Encounter with the Ugandan woman
I met the single mother who brought up a certain four children in Uganda four years ago.

Uganda where it is very difficult to find a stable place of employment.

Only an amount of money to be greatly less than a mean income of Uganda to her had an income and was not able to let children go to school satisfactorily in those days. When it was fault of oneself who did not receive education that such situation produced her, it was strong and held a guilty conscience.

It is very difficult for the job that about 20~30% and the young group are proper to get the rate of employment even if Uganda leaves the Oxbridge, and it is with a big social problem. I sold food by the roadside that it was difficult for women that higher education was not received to get a job and lived a life while bringing up a child, and the people who worked under the environment that it was low-wage as a factory worker of the factories, and was inferior were often found.

Action of RICCI EVERYDAY

For such a reality, there should be the place where women work in peace proudly. I let the talent of women flower and want to make the environment that can live a richer life through work. I stood and put up RICCI EVERYDAY in such thought.

It was with our first employee, and the woman of the single mother whom I met first let all children go to the school that four years passed now (two people are university students soon), and her house surrounded by the walls of the brick nakedness before was reinforced with concrete well and was able to watch a big change in these four years.

And it becomes the motivation to my this business to watch a figure acting on herself being our staff with confidence.


The present, Uganda 22 (the production staff:) 16 people, a sales force: Two people, アドミン duties: Four), Japan 12 (a back office team:) Three people, an online team: Four people, a direct management store: I run it in five people, other outside team).

I supply raw materials led by Ghana and Uganda and sew it in a direct management studio of Uganda and export the last artefacts to Japan.

I sell the product to Daikanyama led by the direct management store which opened, company online store, a popup store and the select shop in the major department store of the all over Japan in direct management store and May, 2019 in Uganda.

RICCI EVERYDAY which women of the world notice own potential through an African print, and realizes confidence and the world living proudly.


As for the sale in Japan, an online store and a direct management store in Daikanyama are the center now.

Therefore it recruits the interns who are specialized in the marketing that tells charm and the manufacturing story of the African print to a Japanese visitor this time! I become an intern in (※ Japan;).

The contents of the work greatly separate you and are two of a plan, administration duties such as online store or SNS and a plan, the administration duties of the direct management store in Daikanyama. I judge it while watching hope and fitness of applicants through an interview which duties you have you engage mainly for.
