About Uganda with a workshop.

The Ugandan RepublicIt's located a little east of the African continentInland country facing Lake Victoria.It surrounds the surroundings in Kenya and South Sudan, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania.Because of the lake, water resources are rich.The crops grow well.

It is also directly below the equator, but the capital Kampala is at an elevation of 1,200 meters, so it is not.In fact, it has a climate that is easy to spend all year long called "Karaizawa in early summer".Our workshop is in the capital city of KampalaIt is in the suburbs, where it ran for about half an hour by car from the heart.

About making things in the workshop.

In the workshop, we are involved in production activities as 'made' people who are socially alienated, such as single mothers living in urban areas and former children.

RICCI EVERYDAY was born in 2015 because of the desire to provide a place where they can improve their lives and send products to the world with pride.

Uganda is a country with a high unemployment rate, which is said to be a regular income for only 20% of people who graduate from famous universities. In such a situation, women who have a few opportunities to receive education so far have a place to work with children equal to zero.

At RICCI EVERYDAY, we will provide jobs to local women and provide opportunities for them to realize their potential and to face their lives with will and pride.

There are about 20 staff working in Uganda's workshop.

The company is working daily with role sharing, including sewing machines and leather teams that sew leather, craftsmen who make fine paper beads, and management teams that carry out export and management. They are proud of themselves through work and professionally shining.
